Offered here is a very rare lovely 1967 Morris Mini 850 Saloon Automatic. Finished in arguably the best colour combination of Almond Green/ White roof and contrasting light Green interior. We have a reasonable history file with the car, the original Buff Green Log Book and the original Passport to Service Book. Also in the file is the original sales invoice showing the price paid by Mrs Tunnicliffe in July 1967 was £700.15.8. Showing only 4 keepers from new the car is still in superb condition, seats, carpets, dash and headlining all as the should be. The body and panel fit are very nice and the paint although not fresh is still in excellent order. The front brakes have been upgraded to Cooper S discs and calipers, a sensible upgrade for an Auto. A new rear subframe was fitted in 2004. Rare as an Automatic car and not everyone's cup of tea but if it was a manual car I believe the price would be quite a few thousand more. There are receipts for a gearbox rebuild in with the records along with lots of other work carried out over the years. Showing 66,000 miles and although I can't say hand on heart that it's original it wouldn't surprise me as we have a lot of receipts to back it up.
