For sale here is a stunning 1977 Alfa Romeo Spider. Finished in Rosso Red with Black Leather interior. Showing just 40,000 miles which we feel could well be the original mileage when looking at the previous history of the car. Superb condition on body and paint, not your usual Italian rust bucket. Sold new in 1977 by Westune of Bolton on 01/08/1977 with the registration mark 14 KAB, it stayed in the North of England until purchased by it's last owner in 1987, a Mr. Ball who kept it here until he moved to the Isle of Man in 2003 where the car has remained in his care until purchased recently by ourselves. The car is now back on it's UK registration of ARF 32S and was freshly MoT'd (even though one is not required) in July. It has since only covered 20 miles as we have waited until now for the paperwork to be returned by DVLA. Comes complete with a reasonable service history, original owners manual, service book, old V5, etc.
In 1992 the car went to Alfatune were the engine was brought up to fast road spec with ported head, new Dellorto carbs, 8.5/1 pistons, lightened flywheel, high capacity oil pump etc which we have all the receipts for at this time the mileage showing was 28,278
In August 2010 the car had a full body repaint to bare metal at a cost of £3,529.64
Wheels replaced with 6x14 Strada alloys supplied by Alfaholics.
